Keeping in mind the current scenario of the real estate industry, the project launch campaign plays a huge part in determining the success of the project.

Our main focus was to create a campaign that would generate awareness about the project launch, which in turn would increase sales. Our aim was to build and execute a creative campaign that would convey the message to the viewer and leave a lasting impression on them.

Strategy & Execution

To execute the campaign, we adopted - The Full Funnel Approach. For the first stage in the funnel, the Awareness Stage, we came up with product-centric posts on Social Media and TruView videos on YouTube to highlight the major USP of the project.
For the second stage, the Consideration Stage, we ran lead generation advertisements on various digital platforms targeting everyone who would have potentially seen our social media posts as well as our videos on YouTube.
For the third and final stage, the Conversion Stage, we targeted the audience who had enquired about the project but did make a booking, and people who had seen our ad but not enquired. By using personalized communication in our ads and Bumper video ads on YouTube, we were able to further influence conversions.

Innovation

One of the main USPs of the project was the size of the apartments- They were spacious enough to fit animals inside! This is exactly what we sold through our ads. We leveraged our communication to show big animals walking around the house to further prove our point.
