General:
- Strong experience in relationship building with large brands and/or hyperscaling startups
- Driving performance and social media campaigns
Experience: 6 – 10 years of experience in
- Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid social media campaigns to drive business outcomes
- Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns
- Building and Leading a team
- Strategizing, Planning and executing creative social media campaigns
Knowledge on Platforms:
- Meta ecosystem (FB, Instagram) and running large scale paid campaigns
- OTT Platforms
- YouTube
- Google Analytics
- Optional: Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch)
- Optional: Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio)
Qualities:
- Analytical with a strong understanding of digital media
- Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
- Supporting and mentoring team members (potential team size of 6-10 team members initially)
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and scale multiple key clients
- Lead and work with teams on Integrated Client Mandates as well as Media Mandates (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client)
- Build relationships with key clients in the region and drive business outcomes
- Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute and optimise social media paid campaigns
- Lead and mentor the team to strategise, plan and execute creative social media campaigns
- Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to guide the team
- Training Media Team members on various aspects of organic social media and paid social media
- Build the overall team and culture in the region – including the creative, copy, media, video and tech teams.
- Ability to step up and drive one select organisation wide initiative
- Based on performance the role will entail P&L Responsibility in 18-36 months
