Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with team members ( Design, Development, Q/A, UX, Content)
• Conducting team meeting
• Sharing feasible timelines and project deliverables
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time
• Progress update to the client
• Detailed records of the progress of the project
• Ensuring successful completion of the project within budget and timeframe.
• Meeting all key milestones within the schedule.
• Troubleshooting any day-to-day activities with project team members.
• Keeping detailed records of all project activities and correspondence.
