We are currently searching for a Copywriter Manager who is dedicated to crafting excellent original content and creative campaigns along with the team. We are looking for someone with an experience of managing a team in the past. We would be requiring them to manage 1 to 3 copywriters including guiding, training, mentoring and responsible for the growth of the copywriters.

Copywriters will work with multiple teams to better understand project expectations, produce content and campaign ideas with the needs of the client/brand in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop or support writing. The team you would manage also be a part of other creative processes, such as the visual ideation, brand positioning and platform-specific strategies.

Also with exceptional copywriting, creative ideation, research skills, the ability to adapt to the varying needs of your clients and people management, we are looking for someone who likes pushing boundaries and brings positive energy to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.

  • Speaking with internal and external teams to learn about their content needs.

  • Guiding, training, mentoring and taking responsibility for the growth of the team.

  • Conducting research on the brand and target audience to formulate ideas or support writing.

  • Leading in other aspects of the creative and research processes to create cohesive, accurate content and campaigns for brands.

Requirements:

  • Career oriented and passionate

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated writing skills.

  • Experience in managing a team in the past is compulsory

  • Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as Consumer Brands, Healthcare, Marketing, Technology, etc, will be beneficial.

  • Strong communication, research, people management and ideation skills.

  • Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation.

  • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.

  • Receptiveness to feedback.
