Creative Strategist

Job responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for identifying key consumer insights & analysing research to come up with overall communication & design routes for clients
  • Collaborate with various teams to see through the planning & execution of ideas & campaigns
  • Bring creativity & design thinking abilities to come up with inspirations, thought leadership and intelligent marketing campaigns
  • Utilize any and all research and data for future to come up with creative solutions & innovations for clients
  • Be responsible for preparing pitch & concept presentations
  • Be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing collaterals
  • Work along the design team to ideate, plan and set visual mood boards
  • Be a key point of contact for the internal research team to utilise the data & plan the overall communication for clients
  • Collaborate with team to test out solutions and constantly track & analyse their performance
  • Identify key insights from existing clients and derive actionable digital solutions
  • Develop creative reports with actionable insights

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design/creative/communication/ vis com required, preferred a masters degree in Visual communications/ media
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, visual moodboarding, Powerpoint/Keynote
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating both visual and conceptualising experience

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a creative thinking/ brand planning role; experience working in a creative agency & track record of working on inspiring ideas preferred

  • Clearly demonstrate customer-centric design thinking and approach
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, collaborative working style, and able to balance quality deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Communicate your ideas, sketches, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and overall design decisions to a variety of key non-design stakeholders
  • Ability to translate story to visuals and quickly craft differentiated custom solutions on a variety of projects
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience designing for brands
