The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and executing the Social Media campaigns of high revenue client accounts as per agreed terms and conditions communicated to both parties. Social Media Managers also work as mentors to guide the Specialists and Sr. Specialists. The Social Media Managers primarily work as account managers for the various clients allocated. They will be the escalation point for the client for feedback and grievances.
 

Operational Responsibilities

·        Manage Clients and Ideate for Campaigns, keeping their target audience in mind

·        Draw up monthly digital marketing schedule with the client

·        Communicate campaign briefs and feedback from client to the respective teams in a timely and comprehensive manner

·        Delegate the work to Specialists and Sr. Specialists

·        Perform a quality check on the work going out

·        Assist the client in setting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets of Reach, Engagement and Cost per Lead

·        Learning and development of self and team

·        Monitor performance of Social Media campaigns and suggest changes/ improvements to team

·        Optimize performance of Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram ads

·        Draw up monthly reports to be sent to the client with metrics relating to the reach, engagement and cost per lead

·        Interact with the client to understand deliverables on a daily basis

Financial Responsibilities

·        Ensure invoices have been received by the client

·        Follow-up in case of non-payment of invoice

 People-related Responsibilities

·        Train new joinees

·        Enable upskilling of Specialists and Sr. Specialists

·        Mentor Social Media Specialists and Sr. Specialists

·        Collaboration with Internal Customers
