Experience: 3-5 years of experience in
- Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of campaigns across various channels to drive business outcomes
- Deep understanding of Social Media Platforms
- Building and Leading a team
- Hands on experience on Facebook Advertising

- Google (Search, Display, Discovery etc)
- Social Media Channels such as – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
- Google Analytics
- Google Trends
- Social Media Listening Tools
- Social Media Analyzing tools
- Bing Editor
Qualities:
- Analytical with a strong understanding of digital marketing
- Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
- Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially)
Responsibilities:
- Drive digital marketing strategy for some of the leadings brands in the country
- Build relationships with the clients and drive marketing objectives
- Lead and mentor the team to drive exponential growth for clients
- Training the team on various aspects of digital marketing
- Lead on pitches and conversations to drive new business acquisition
