HR Recruiter

Job Description:

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media platforms and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solution.
  • Screening and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements in their respective teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants to bring best talent onboard.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and culture fitness.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team and hiring managers.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven expertise of 2-4 years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

HR Specialist

Job Description:

  • Basic knowledge of working with various sourcing avenues (Naukri, Linked-In, Career page, Referrals, Headhunting, Social Media websites, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Strong ability to attract, assess, and secure talent (at all levels) from the digital marketing industry.
  • Be able to encompass all stages of the hiring process including partnering with hiring managers/stakeholders, other talent acquisition professionals, and HR business partners on succession planning, position strategy, and candidate requirements, as well as developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top talent and negotiating and closing offers.
  • The ability to build internal and external networks, along with a solid foundation of across-level recruiting skills and experience.
  • Accountable for driving and maintaining a competitor strategy for talent acquisition at Social Beat to ensure that we identify, target, and engage with the top talent in today’s digital marketing marketplace.
  • Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully.

  • Comes with a proven track record of closing hard-to-find positions (preferably digital marketing) with quality candidates.
