Manager/Lead – Marketplaces

Position Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven professional to develop, execute, optimize and plan media campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces in India (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Myntra, etc). We are looking for smart, passionate, and experienced professionals who want to be part of an innovative team in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans for D2C and ecommerce brands based on sound analytics, supported by data.
  • Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting edge source for digital media strategy.
  • Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients)
  • Fair understanding of optimization techniques across marketplaces to drive the right ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Mentoring the junior team members.
  • Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments.
  • An understanding of conversion rate optimization and A+ content optimization would be a plus.
  • Participate in new business pitches, etc.
  • Ensure plans are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings.
  • Lead and manage the budget and client billing process.

Skills:

  • 4-6+ years of experience working in working with various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Nykaa, Myntra etc).
  • Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (Helium10, Shopify etc)
  • Understanding of optimization platforms & trafficking platforms.
  • Team player.

Growth Manager/ Senior Manager – ecommerce

Job Overview:

Candidate with sound knowledge and expertise in digital marketing with a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling eCommerce social media campaigns (paid & organic) and having a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across social networks.
  • Strong experience in creative & brand strategy to complement performance campaigns.
  • Own the growth responsibilities on the brands assigned.
  • Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required.

Requirement:

Manager/Sr.Manager – Digital & Business Strategy

Experience of 3-7 years (Manager) or 7-12 years (Sr. Manager) in

  • Management consulting or corporate/business strategy 
  • Implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives/projects in a change-oriented,
    fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, online and offline would
    be a plus

Qualities:

  • Ability to be data-driven and highly analytical, with demonstrated experience in translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize strategic and/or tactical business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy for top brands across various industry verticals. These are typically brands with marketing budgets varying from INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per brand
  • Develop credibility with CXOs and serve as a trusted consultant to drive marketing and digital strategy by understanding business drivers and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Build relationships with the clients and drive business outcomes with the rest of the team
  • It will be an individual contributor role

Experience: Must have minimum 5 years experience in:
