Job Overview:

Candidate with sound knowledge and expertise in digital marketing with a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling eCommerce marketing campaigns (paid & organic) and having a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across social networks
  • Strong experience in creative & brand strategy to complement performance campaigns
  • Own the growth responsibilities on the brands assigned
  • Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
  • Own client relations and keep a track of the market share and competitive strategies
  • Build and manage a highly motivated team

Requirement:

  • 4+ years of eCommerce growth/marketing experience
  • Possess strong leadership skills, including managing, coaching, and mentoring a team
  • Strong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimization

AVP – Client Success

General:

  • Strong experience in relationship building with large brands and/or hyperscaling startups
  • Driving performance and social media campaigns

Experience: 6 – 10 years of experience in

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid social media campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns
  • Building and Leading a team
  • Strategizing, Planning and executing creative social media campaigns

Knowledge on Platforms:

  • Meta ecosystem (FB, Instagram) and running large scale paid campaigns
  • OTT Platforms
  • YouTube
  • Google Analytics
  • Optional: Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch)
  • Optional: Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio)

Qualities:

  • Analytical with a strong understanding of digital media
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
  • Supporting and mentoring team members (potential team size of 6-10 team members initially)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and scale multiple key clients
  • Lead and work with teams on Integrated Client Mandates as well as Media Mandates (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client)
  • Build relationships with key clients in the region and drive business outcomes
  • Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute and optimise social media paid campaigns
  • Lead and mentor the team to strategise, plan and execute creative social media campaigns
  • Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to guide the team
  • Training Media Team members on various aspects of organic social media and paid social media
  • Build the overall team and culture in the region – including the creative, copy, media, video and tech teams.
  • Ability to step up and drive one select organisation wide initiative
  • Based on performance the role will entail P&L Responsibility in 18-36 months

Social Media Specialist

General Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of advertising on social media platforms

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in:

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of social media campaigns
  • Client relationship management
  • Coordinating with the Creative, Design and Video team to get the creatives, videos and content for the campaigns

Platforms:

  • Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and likes

Qualities:

  • Enjoys working with clients directly and is looking to build meaningful relationships
  • Attention to small details
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop social media strategy for multiple clients
  • Performance marketing and media planning
  • Closely coordinate with creative, design and video team to get the creatives and content
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong in Analytics

AVP – Media

General:

  • Strong experience in driving performance and branding campaigns, specially on Google and Programmatic
  • Business understanding of how users/leads flow through the funnel

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid media campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns
  • Building and Leading a team

Knowledge on Platforms:

  • Google Adwords (Search, Display, Mobile App, Video) and Analytics
  • Google Programmatic / DV360
  • OTT Platforms
  • Other publishers like Times Internet, Sharechat etc
  • Affiliates
  • Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch)
  • Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio)

Qualities:

  • Analytical with a strong understanding of digital media
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
  • Supporting and mentoring team members (potential team size of  6-10 team members initially)
