Paid Media Strategist

About The Job:

Develop and execute game-changing media strategies that tie back to our clients’ goals. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will brainstorm and put forth paid digital media strategies for all new clients that we pitch to at Social Beat, ranging from startups in the fintech, edtech, D2C space, and many enterprise clients. You will work extensively on new pitches for Social Beat’s Portfolio. For this purpose you will work collaboratively with our Business Development team.

You will be equally strategic, creative, and analytical. Switching seamlessly from a new client presentation, to writing an insightful analysis of campaign performance is no big deal for you. Measurement metrics like Sales, Cost Per Sale, CTRs, Assisted Conversions, Google Analytics, CPMs, Facebook Business Manager, DSPs, CPAs and dashboards alike are a few examples of words you use on a regular basis.

Key Technical Requirements:

  • You have an extensive track record of running and growing high performance, strategic paid media campaigns on Google Search/ Shopping/ Discovery, YouTube, Meta.
  • You are an engaging, confident communicator, with experience presenting advanced strategies to senior stakeholders
  • Your presentation skills top notch, and you are able to community key points, while navigating a pitch in the right direction
  • You are keen on diving deeper into researching the client’s business, understanding the market they operate in, understanding their competitive landscape
  • You have an appreciation for the craft of PPC, with an advanced understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • You enjoy working with others as a part of a team, and will have managed, mentored, or supported junior team members during your career

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must. An MBA is preferred but not required

Programmatic Specialist

Job Description:

Position Summary

The programmatic Specialist will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You will build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You’ll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance, future programmatic strategy. You’ll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners and customers, on Display and Video 360 (DV360).

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across all programmatic buying platforms
  • Be the programmatic expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Build training materials and best practice documentation
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights
  • Oversee the work of one specialist, train technical knowledge and manage workflow
  • Coordinate assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively manage campaign execution
  • Responsible for overseeing client pacing & performance across digital media portfolio
  • Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations

Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Description:

Position Summary

A Digital Marketing Analyst’s job is to analyse the company’s digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance and maximize returns. He/she should possess a data-driven mindset and be skilled at interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • DSet up a tracking mechanism (e.g. event and conversion tracking) on the website and other digital assets such as mobile apps.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.
  • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to head of departments and suggest recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Work closely with in-house teams and maintain client relationships through scheduling regular meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights.

  • Building and Leading a team

Position Summary:

We are looking for an analytically minded, Lead Digital Media specialist for Social Beat Digital Marketing Agency to focus on developing, executing, optimising campaign and media planning across Search, Display, Video & UAC/Mobile. This position has a focus on direct buying but will involve programmatic channels as well. Prior experience in programmatic is a plus.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Execute, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across a variety of platforms using native and third-party tools.
