Manager – Paid Digital Media

General:

  • Strong experience in driving performance and branding campaigns, specially on Facebook

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid social media campaigns to drive business outcomes

Lead – Digital Media / Paid Ads

Position Summary:

We are looking for an analytically minded, Lead Digital Media specialist for Social Beat Digital Marketing Agency to focus on developing, executing, optimising campaign and media planning across Search, Display, Video & UAC/Mobile. This position has a focus on direct buying but will involve programmatic channels as well. Prior experience in programmatic is a plus.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Execute, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across a variety of platforms using native and third-party tools.
  • Responsible for channel planning across digital placements, including RTB and Open Web.
  • Work collaboratively with Account teams to translate client needs into campaign strategies that over-deliver on their needs.
  • Develop in-depth and technical reporting to showcase performance, both for clients and within the agency.
  • Manage ad tech vendors to execute campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management, and operations is a strong plus.
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment.

Skills:

  • 2 – 4+ years of experience working in media technology platforms.
  • Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (GA, GDS, GTM, and etc)
  • Understanding of optimization platforms & trafficking platforms

Sr. Specialist – Digital Media / Paid Ads

General Knowledge:

  • Understanding of PPC Campaigns
  • Understanding of advertising on Google,Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of PPC campaigns for multiple clients
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Media Planning
  • Budget optimization

Platforms:

  • Google Marketing Platform
  • Specifically – Google Adwords (Display, Mobile App, Video) and Analytics
  • Bing Editor

Qualities:

  • Constant monitoring of performance of multiple campaigns
  • Attention to small details
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run large scale PPC campaigns
  • Optimise performance to increase reach, generate leads and transactions and reduce cost. (multiple optimisations in a day – if needed) 
  • Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Intra-team coordination to understand how the campaigns can yield more quality leads

Certification is Google AdWords and Analytics is preferred.
